Worth 1-star as free app.

Sorry, but IMHO, this app is only rated 1-star when the app is a free download. I would not pay for it.

The brushes dont change, among other things. I had hopes for something that I thought might be useful but cant begin to describe how disappointing an experience it was trying to use the app
